The Next Step

At The Tiger Hotel we're always coming up with new ideas to go GREEN and in the summer of 2012, The Tiger Hotel will be taking the first steps to having a roof top green house that will grow many organic vegetables and herbs to supply our restaurant, bar and room service menus. This is an exciting initiative from our kitchen staff as we will be the first and only hotel in Columbia to offer "in house" produced vegetables and herbs. Keeping our food local is very important to us and you can't get anymore local then from our very own roof top!
